What payment methods do you accept?

AfterPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

All MTOR Apparel orders will receive an email order confirmation after the order has been processed. You will receive a secondary notification email with your tracking details upon dispatch. 

Will I receive tracking information?

You will receive an email with all your tracking details. 

Can you edit my order?

It can be difficult to edit an order after it has been placed. While we will endeavour to accommodate your change, however it cannot be guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order and have received order confirmation, you cannot cancel your order. 

 I've added the wrong address?

If you have made an error with your shipping address, please email info@mtorapparel.com immediately. 

* Please note: Triple check your address is entered correctly before confirming your order. Shipping fees may apply for redelivery. 

What happens when I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

If, on the rare occasion, you receive an incorrect or faulty item please email info@mtorapparel.com using FAULTY ITEM as the subject line. 

You will be asked to send a picture of your faulty item within 10 days of receiving your order. 

The MTOR Apparel team will get back to you ASAP. 

If you have received an incorrect item, we may also require photos to be sent via email to effectively resolve the issue.

Again, the MTOR Apparel will get back to you ASAP.
